Position Summary The Consultant of Retail Workforce Management Process Innovation resides within the Store Operations Department and will be focused on driving operational process efficiencies for scheduling our colleagues in the field. You will be a key member in the success of providing accurate deliverables to support the mySchedule application including responding to ServiceNow tickets, sorting, and answering shared mailbox questions and granting access for new colleagues in the stores. In addition, this role will work closely with our vendor, Reflexis, to raise and resolve issues identified. It will be critically important for the candidate to demonstrate skilled verbal and written communication, build relationships quickly, and be comfortable interacting with many corporate stakeholders, field leaders, and store colleagues.
