Responsibilities
The overall role of this position is to maintain the day to day activities of SAP Organizational Management and Workday processes for AVANGRID.
Including:
\xc2\x95 Governance and internal control review of all employee life cycle actions (including Hire, Internal Movements and Leaving)
\xc2\x95 Reporting for all AVANGRID companies regarding OM Structure
objects to ensure compliance with the AVANGRID HR Administration model
and with AVANGRID Company policies and procedures.
\xc2\x95 Perform regular system audits to ensure system data integrity between SAP and Workday.
\xc2\x95 Release and maintain AVANGRID positions for hiring process and internal movements.
\xc2\x95 Organizational Management object maintenance in SAP and Workday including all organizational units, Jobs, Positions and Attributes.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of
responsibilities):
\xc2\x95 Analyze all organizational change requests received by HR to ensure proper documents and forms are received prior to submitting the information to Personnel Administration/Payroll and system interfaces.
\xc2\x95 Adheres to and understands all departmental internal controls and
maintains all departmental processes to ensure compliance.
\xc2\x95 Respond to HR System support related requests timely and accurately.
\xc2\x95 Support HR SAP Module and Workday testing in Development and Quality
environments and documenting results.
\xc2\x95 Support HR Audits regarding system user audits, record retention, crime prevention and system segregation of duties.
Skills and Requirements
Education & Experience Required:
\xc2\x95 Bachelors Degree preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 3
years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years
relevant experience required.
\xc2\x95 Experience in and understanding of HR Information Systems and
administrative control procedures in corporate business environment,
especially regarding Human Resource policies and governance. Workday admin/support experience preferred.
