Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support both the Regional HR Group and Regional Employee Relations Group. The HR Analyst will be part of the Regional HR Group and Regional Employee Relations Group at the MOBIS Corporate Center - America (MCCA), responsible for providing supports for all MOBIS corporations in the U.S. This role will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data, supporting policy integration, and contributing to HR strategy execution.
Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze HR index data across divisions, developing comprehensive reports that provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and organizational effectiveness. Support HR consulting projects to enhance operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness across all Mobis divisions. Conduct market research and benchmarking to develop competitive and industry-leading compensation and benefits strategies. Assist in developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support organizational data-driven decision-making. Manage HR Business Indicator (HR Index) data and support system improvements to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of HR metrics tracking. Assess current HR practices across all divisions and assist in developing best-in-class HR policies aligned with industry standards. Support payroll operations, including data validation, audition, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Support the development of employee and labor relations strategies by analyzing workforce data and preparing industry trend reports. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for senior leadership as needed.

Required Education & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources, Labor Relations or related fields are preferred) Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, structured organization with exposure to HR analytics, operations, or strategy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling HR metrics and data interpretation

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Advanced ability to handle numerical data and perform HR analytics Ability to develop high-level HR & Employee Relations policies in related areas such as employee compensation, benefits, attendance, and equal opportunity compliance Proficient with or the ability to quick learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and related HR software

Preferred Education & Experience:



Professional HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP or higher) Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry Power BI experience * Payroll operation and auditing experience
