Job Description

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for an Analyst to support the US Army Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) Project Office (PO). This position is contingent upon award and is based in Huntsville, AL.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of aircraft survivability equipment, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to aircraft survivability to inform decision-making and enhance system performance.
• Support the development and implementation of plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sustainment of aircraft survivability systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across the project office.
• Provide guidance and support in the development and execution of test and evaluation plans for aircraft survivability systems.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and logistics status updates.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in aircraft survivability systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal team members, contractors, and external agencies, to ensure effective coordination and support for the project office\'s objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and challenges, implementing proactive measures to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases related to activities, analysis results, and equipment status.

• Bachelor\'s degree and eight (8) years of experience, or High School and 11 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide valuable insights.
• Familiarity with military ASE systems, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in using software, databases, and analytical tools to support data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information and analysis findings.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
