Position Summary:

Analyst, Portfolio Analytics will be assisting in development of various portfolio wide analytical initiatives including portfolio-level BI reporting, ROI assessments, and promotional effectiveness

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain portfolio level executive insights reporting and quality control/anomaly detection systems for priority KPIs
  • Collaborate with brand analytics teams and document current business rules across analytical solutions
  • Calculate and maintain portfolio strategic allocations through identifying ROI by brand and by sales tactics to optimize portfolio strategy decisions
  • Develop/manage report automation tools by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality outputs
  • Assist in optimizing the portfolio wide reporting effort and promote uniformity and standardization across different brands
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • BA/BS required
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, data analysis, analytics consulting or other quantitative fields preferred
  • Proficiency in data handling tools (SAS/Python/SQL etc.), general office productivity software (such as Microsoft Office), or Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI)
  • Ability use and interpretation of pharmaceutical data including Rx, physician, and claims level data sets
  • High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, proactive demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
