About the Appearance Attorney Opportunity
Whether you are seeking occasional work to grow your experience or the ability to supplement your current income, we are recruiting for Appearance Attorneys who will cover procedural hearings in specific counties across the United States.

- Get to know your local judges, meet other attorneys, and build your skills.
We are primarily seeking licensed attorneys who are available for onsite hearings in select counties across Northern California, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. If, however, you are licensed in another state, please apply and we will check with our client on needs in your area.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Commits to cover short procedural hearings
- Represents client in the courtroom
- Reports hearing results within 24 hours
- Appears on time, and keeps client informed at all times
- Travel to neighboring counties is not required but attorneys who are willing to travel will receive more opportunities.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing within the state where the hearings are scheduled
- Must be able to drive to onsite hearings in a specific county
- Must be able to clear background check (clients are looking for financial crimes only)
- Work when you want, cover hearings to fill your billable hours
- Single appearances range from $50-$125 per appearance, flat rate; your docket will be stacked to always try and send you to court with multiple (bundled) hearings.
- Build your practice! Get face time in court, meet the local judges and clerks, and familiarize yourself with local rules.
- Use a mobile app to cover hearings and report results quickly and efficiently.
