• Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

• Listen to prospects, identify and understand client needs, and provide bids that reflect solutions based on value-selling strategies
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Maintain a positive and professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Previous phone sales/support experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community
• Self-driven, money-motivated individual who handles themselves with integrity
• A positive attitude and ability to overcome objections
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Have a sense of business ethics
