If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Apprentice - Client ServicesWhat does a successful Client Manager do at Fiserv?You will provide Level 2 support for the SMB Direct portfolio responsible for client solution penetration, education and issue resolution ownership. By increasing overall customer satisfaction, the position will support Fiserv revenue growth through increased retention and increased product/service penetration.What you will do:

• Support the retention and growth of the SMB Direct portfolio and assures client satisfaction by maintaining overall relationship with clients.
• Be responsible for direct resolution of simple inquiries and facilitation of resolution for moderate to complex inquiries through coordination with customers and other internal Fiserv areas. Must maintain clear and open communication regarding complex subject matter such as pricing model, funding, and compression management.
• Work with small to medium sized accounts with multi product platforms/environments to deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles including contract information, communication logs, and product matrix.
• Educate customers on relevant industry information and provides training products, reporting, and self-service tools.

What you will need to have:

• 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management; payment processing experience.
• High School diploma/GED

What would be good to have:

• 2-year degree.
• Knowledge of payment processing; Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
• Department hours are Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri from 8 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM so you could be required to work a shift until 6 PM.
