Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create architectural designs and blueprints for commercial type projects
- Develop detailed construction plans and specifications
- Create basic Mechanical, Plumbing, & Electrical plans for commercial projects
- Ability to stamp and seal the projects in the state of your licensure Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise designs
- Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges during construction
