Architect
Job Description
If you are an Architect interested in working with a well established Architecture firm in Charlotte, NC this position may be perfect for you!
Description:
-Review design proposal as well as well as proposal documents
-Code and regulatory research
-Consult with customer on design requirements
-Prepare layout of projects and present to customer
-Quality assurance and quality control
-Develop a design schedule and submit an estimate of costs
-Must approve invoices, create pay apps, negotiate with outside resources, create schedules and manage documentation
-Plan long term and short term goals for the projects
-Manage all administrative function and costs related to the project
Will be responsible for day to day management of up to three architectural technicians

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally they will look for someone that has 8-10+ years of architectural experience in industrial or healthcare design.
