WHAT WE NEED\xe2\x80\xa6

Our Architecture Retail team at our corporate office in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an Architectural QC Lead who has honed their skills and is capable of taking the lead role in reviewing the completion and coordination of integrated Architecture and Engineering construction documents. Strong attention to detail and coordination of documents and strong skills in performing criteria-based reviews of multiple projects are a must. Ideally, this position will be located in office assisting project documentation within an integrated A/E project team, but can also be performed remotely once you are trained. You wil have client interaction as needed. Nationwide travel to project locations for the purposes of documenting existing conditions or observing construction is possible for qualified persons.

\xc2\xb7 Training and mentoring production staff

\xc2\xb7 Directing document coordination

\xc2\xb7 Coordination of document revisions

\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail is critical

WHAT YOU\'LL NEED TO HAVE\xe2\x80\xa6

We\'re looking for self-starters and eager learners. Beyond that, you\'ll need\xe2\x80\xa6

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Autodesk REVIT and/or AutoCAD

\xc2\xb7 MS Office Experience

\xc2\xb7 Bluebeam or PDF review session experience

\xc2\xb7 Effective oral and written communication

\xc2\xb7 Ability to identify and correctly respond to project needs

\xc2\xb7 Effectively build and maintain relationships with team members

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive and professional work environment
