A successful PASTRY CHEF have 3+ years\' experience managing production and a-la-carte service in an upscale yet approachable food focused environment. You are passionate about making "sweet" dishes and engaging in the local community to procure the highest quality product. As the Nashville Area Pastry Chef you are passionate about people, product, and experience and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done.
The Nashville Area Pastry Chef encourages staff development and promotes a positive experience for staff and guests that go above and beyond. As an ambassador for IRHG, you\'ll look after two kitchens including Oak Steakhouse & O-Ku, bring a high-level understanding of delivering multi-unit experiences while maintaining the integrity of culture and company values.
