As a Area Strategy Lead-Manufacturing you drive consumption and enable our customers to realize value from their Business Applications (Biz Apps) solutions and Unified Support investments. Leveraging your Biz Apps expertise, you help territory teams develop execution plans for the manufacturing, drive execution across Biz Apps Customer Success Unit (CSU) strategy pillars, regularly engage Areas to ensure eligible customers are adopting Enhanced Support offerings, provide Customer Success technical sales support, manage area escalations and identify expansion opportunities to support sales growth. You will lead by example through direct involvement with customers.
