full-time/Part-Time armed flex officer / floater

This position is perfect for someone who doesn't like being stuck in the same place at the same time every day, day after day. The floater is trained at all of our locations and will work a varying schedule each week. Overtime is often available and you are guaranteed at least 40 hours per week.

Gain great experience in the security industry! Our officers also work closely with office staff and get great exposure to the behind the scenes of our industry. Many of our floaters go on to be site supervisors, managers, or pursue a career in law enforcement.

Candidates must have open availability and are on call 24/7 to respond to call off or emergency service needs at our client locations.

Officers must have reliable transportation, and successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Also we are looking for individuals that has the COVID vaccine, this is not mandatory.

The officer may be working a mobile post therefore must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years old, and have a clean driving record.
