Aspira Spa Concierge (Full Time, Year-Round)

Job Purpose
The Concierge is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of Aspira Spa at all times, keeping the lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. The Spa Concierge is responsible for anticipating the needs of our guests and delivering an exceptional 4 diamond experience during their stay.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be on time for your shift
  • Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and then escort guests to their lockers
  • Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the Changing Room/facility area
  • Stock Changing Room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets
  • Review guest appointment/schedules as needed
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
  • Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests
  • Handle guests\xe2\x80\x99 questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
  • Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
  • All other duties as assigned by department Director and/or Executive Team members

Qualifications
  • Experience in Wellness Industry in similar position preferred
  • Must possess a positive attitude as a contributor to a diverse work environment
  • Must have flexibility in time to meet the business needs of the department and Organization
  • Ability to learn quickly and accurately.
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to:

Working Conditions
Working conditions vary based on business needs. Work may entail both indoor and outdoor activities, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. Environment can be fast paced, and Associate will need to be able to manage multiple projects at one time and see them from start to finish. Associate will also be expected to help other Osthoff Associates on various projects and initiatives.

Certificates, Licenses and or Registrations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Language Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
