Sphere Renewables is a start-up company who supplies quality product & service for industrial OEM\'s in the Wind Energy business. We are looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, & success driven individuals who can contribute to our business. Overall Goal: Efficiently & accurately assemble wires, cables, & kitting according to specifications & work instructions. Duties & responsibilities:
- Read & interpret assembly documents & drawings
- Perform a variety of tasks to accurately assemble electrical wiring systems, cables, harnesses, & kitting. Includes cutting, stripping, & crimping wires, connecting components, sorting, counting, & kitting components
- Safely operate & perform light maintenance of tools required to assemble parts
- Safely operate overhead & rotating equipment
- Perform quality checks on work in progress & completed assemblies in accordance with quality specifications
- Safely load assemblies & components onto racks & into crates
- Organize stock & maintain inventory at your workstation
- Inspect products for defects & damages
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures & quality standards
- Fine motor skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use basic hand & power tools
- Ability to read & use measuring tools
- Knowledge of safety protocols & procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent attendance [SR has a strict no-fault attendance policy]
