Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assembly Supervisor whose primary role is to oversee the assembly production line, ensuring that cardboard displays are constructed efficiently and accurately. The Supervisor is expected to participate in production which includes folding and building displays, manually stacking with product, wrapping, and repacking or taping boxes/pallets of customer product.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role. This role is important for maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards within our facility.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of assembly associates in the construction of corrugated cardboard POP displays, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Understand daily production flows and assist with planning and prioritization Assist with inventory management by monitoring materials and supplies, and notify management of low stock levels. Monitor and track production progress, ensuring all displays are assembled according to specifications and customer requirements. Direct transfer of finished products, raw materials, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of the warehouse, by hand or using hand trucks. Perform quality control checks on assembled displays to ensure accuracy and overall quality. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to assembly, materials, or equipment. Assist with training new and existing associates on assembly techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Ensure the team adheres to all safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and organized work environment at all times. Perform hands-on assembly work when necessary to assist with meeting production goals including reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure the proper assembly of display units. Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment such as box cutters, staplers, tape dispensers, and other assembly-related devices. Complete other duties as assigned by Operations Principal

Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or manufacturing facility. Familiarity with assembly line operations and the use of various hand tools Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently is preferred. Leadership and Team Management skills with good communication and ability tomotivate and manage a team with urgency. Attention to detail in managing tasks, accuracy and priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed
