Job Summary: Pay $14-15/hr 1st Shift 6am-3pm Duties/Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Build electric motors for operators \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify different makes of motors \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot problems with motors \xe2\x80\xa2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep work area clean and organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Help maintain safe work environment \xe2\x80\xa2 *Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge of working with hand tools and handheld power tools (drills, grinders, etc) Education and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 High school diploma or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least two years related experience required. Physical Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to lift 50# repeatedly \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to stand for long periods of time \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to sit for long periods of time \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to do repetitive work

Job Requirements

• Previous Assembly experience a plus, but not required
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic math
• Lift up to 20-50 lbs. and stand, bend, and reach

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Build and troubleshoot electric motors
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Meet production standards
• Work in an individual or team environment
• Inspect and assemble product
• Help maintain sufficient inventory
