Job Description


As an Assistant Brand Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the brand management team in developing, executing, and monitoring brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand enhancement.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create and curate brand-related content for various channels, including social media, websites, and marketing collateral.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, while ensuring brand consistency.

Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand performance and customer feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.

Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.

Agency Coordination: Liaise with advertising agencies, PR firms, and other external partners to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to the Brand Manager and senior management.

Brand Guidelines: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
