The Assistant Compliance Training Specialist is responsible for helping to oversee all tax credit programs, Bond Program, Section 8 compliance and employee training programs. This position entails verification of rentals to qualified households, ongoing compliance and operational training of property staff. In addition this position is responsible for assisting the Compliance Specialist in completing monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting. This person will be assisting for responses to IRS and state agency on any and all matters related to Low Income Housing Tax Credits, including annual audits. As part of the responsibilities of this position training is a key component to the success of Arbour Valley Management. This position will develop, implement and oversee new employee orientation.
