ASSISTANT CONTROLLER: $115,000 TO $130,000

Great opportunity to join a high-growth, privately held company in Lebanon County, PA. The Assistant Controller has a clear path to Controller level in a few short years. This role would report up to a long-time contact of our firm, who would be an outstanding manager and mentor.

responsibilities:
This Assistant Controller will have oversight of the company\'s cost accounting practices. Along with general accounting duties, the Assistant Controller will also work with upper management on financial budgets and a financial "game-plan" related to future outlook.

qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor\'s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with Cost Accounting within a manufacturing environment is also required. CPA is also REQUIRED
