Compensation Details
  • Compensation is based on a flat rate - performance based payment model. You will not be paid on an hourly, nor a salaried basis.
  • You will be paid a flat rate, which is negotiable for meeting the performance goal of filling 75 seats for an assigned MPP campus - such as MPP Academy at UCLA. We can pay you a lump sum payment after you achieve the performance goal or we can pay you in installments based on achieved performance on a bi-weekly basis.
  • If I do not meet the performance goal, do I still get paid? Yes! You will get paid on your achieved performance. If you achieve 50% of your performance goal, then you will get paid 50% of the flat rate. For example, let\xe2\x80\x99s say the flat rate is $100 to meet the performance goal for a specific campus and you achieve 50% of the performance goal. Then you will be paid $50 based on your achieved performance.

  • For each project, you will be assigned one or more campuses, such as MPP Academy at UCLA and MPP Academy at University of Southern California (USC).
  • The duration of each project is typically 4-6 weeks. Most projects take about 150 hours to complete. We typically pay a flat rate which is determined by multiplying a set hourly rate of $35 - $75 per hour based on education and experience x an estimated 150 hours to complete the project. For example, a typical flat rate per project is $7,500 which is at a rate of $50 per hour (estimated 150 hours for the project x $50 hr = $7,500)
  • There is a performance incentive bonus for meeting your project goal in a timely manner: $1,000
  • Travel stipend provided: up to $400
  • Marketing stipend provided for promotional materials (flyers, business cards, etc): up to $600
  • How will you be compensated?
You will be paid through direct deposit to your bank account. MPP will pay you a percentage of the flat rate bi-weekly based on achievement of your performance goals every two weeks. Alternatively, we will pay you a lump sum payment after you have successfully completed the project and achieved your performance goal or deliverable.
