As a key player of our Child Development Center team, the Assistant Director assists in the management of all classrooms at the center and ensures compliance with YMCA policies and procedures as well Kentucky Child Care Licensing Rules and Regulations. This includes keeping ratio counts, following cleanliness and organizational standards, and record keeping for all child and employee documentations and trainings.
