The Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Director of Campus Facilities and Operations in overseeing and maintaining the organization's facility. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, working closely with various departments and tenants to facilitate a safe, efficient, and productive environment for employees and visitors alike. The Assistant Facilities Manager will be responsible for implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, as well as assisting with the events department. Ideal candidates will possess strong critical thinking skills, a keen attention to detail and will be adept at multitasking under pressure. Successful candidates will have a background in facilities management/events, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
