Minimum three years experience in a HIGH VOLUME, full-service, fine dining establishment
Full on-floor management
Working in concert with the Chef/GM in all aspects of the kitchen/restaurant.
Menu development/Food Cost/Kitchen Organization/labor Costs etc.
Responsible for wine program, including wine list and inventory, usage of wine knowledge for guest interaction, staff training and tastings, purveyor relations and overall wine sales
Complete understanding of RS accounting and financial system, including opening and closing paperwork, weekly submittals, etc
Maintain and improve restaurant standards (FOH staff, BOH staff, restaurant appearance & maintenance)
Ability to communicate with guests, employees and vendors in a clear, concise and expert manner.
Knowledge of FOH operations- food, beverage, inventory, ordering, supervision, etc.
Experience managing a beverage/wine program a plus.
Ability to support FOH and BOH staff, coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Experience in marketing/sales, business development in restaurant setting a plus.

Assist in development of 801 brand and sister concepts
Candidates for this position should have a strong sense of hospitality, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work as a TEAM.Must be available 7 days a week.
