Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana\'i is seeking an Assistant Learning Manager

Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is looking for a Learning Manager who will Support the Regional Learning & Development Manager in delivering workplace learning. The Learning Manager will also support a learning culture for all employees to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain service excellence. The Learning Manager will provide facilitation support and administrative expertise to the Senior Learning Manager. They will respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee and vendor satisfaction. The Learning Manager will not only practice, but exemplify Four Seasons policies and standards. The Learning Manager is a member is an essential part of the People and Culture Team and will provide support in the day to day People and Culture function. US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
