What Your Day Will Look Like: \xc2\xb7 Assist in leading a small team of 8 -14 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun! \xc2\xb7 Fast paced and structured work environment. \xc2\xb7 Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service. \xc2\xb7 Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the training and developing employees at every position. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms. What You Will Need: \xc2\xb7 2+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience required. \xc2\xb7 Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills. \xc2\xb7 Mechanical inclination and experience preferred. \xc2\xb7 Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to work in all weather conditions. \xc2\xb7 Drug screen and background check required.
