The Assistant Manager is responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. He or she will assist the Manager in the day-to-day restaurant operations and in managing the staff. The Assistant Manager will help to support the company by creating and maintaining an excellent work environment by providing leadership, direction, and development to subordinate supervisors and team members alike. The Assistant Manager must have experience in business management and people motivation and must be an excellent communicator.

As the Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the Manager.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensure and provide an excellent guest experience

Comply with food safety procedures

Work with management team to meet sales goals

Manage food and labor costs

Execute company policies, procedures and programs

Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality standards

Actively solicits all types of catering business from various sources of leads.

Helps plan, organize and coordinate all aspects of events utilizing catering services.

Monitor food inventory levels

Manage and maintain safe working conditions

Manage crew member employees

Interview and recommend crew members for hiring

Provide proper training for crew members

Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurant

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Proven ability to delegate work in a cost saving manner.

Must possess strong leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop staff.

Must have strong customer service abilities.

Must have excellent communication and people skills.

Will be required to work a flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements Necessary for the Position:

Assistant Managers will regularly stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift in excess of thirty-five (35) pounds. Assistant Managers will also drive, view a computer monitor and type/write on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
