• Pay ranges:

• State of California (excluding Los Angeles): $15.97 - $19.96 / hour
• Los Angeles, CA: $17.41 - $21.77 / hour

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

• Meet Sales Goals. Passionate about driving sales and taking pride in your work.
• Customer Service. Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming environment and build rapport with customers to understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer\xe2\x80\x99s shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Store Presentation. Ensure that store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Develop Team Members. Invest in developing a famously successful sales team to execute Famous Footwear\xe2\x80\x99s brand and operational standards.
