```Duties```
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Must be on floor peek time assisting staff with the flow of the floor Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
