TMCC LLC in Kailua, HI is looking for a cafe manager to join our team. We are located at 407 Uluniu St. & are opening a 2nd location in Kailua as well! Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Great customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must!


Members of the kitchen/cafe staff report directly to the Owner and are responsible for the preparation and creation of all baked goods, sandwiches, salads, and other foods within the shop. This shop is small, easy to maintain and has a great customer base. MUST be able to handle customers orders quickly and effieciently.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee Cafe Staff

Cash Drops Daily with Cash Total for the day and date Assist with catering & phone orders Keep accurate track of Inventory Opening & Closing Procedures

Create Espresso based drinks.

Cash Handling Customer Service Cook to order Cleaning, including bathrooms, tables, kitchen, kitchen equipment. Food preparation duties include prepping and slicing ingredients, preparing and cooking bakery items, and preparing sandwiches to order for customer consumption. Counter responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service through good communication, positive attitude, and connecting with customers. Must be knowledgeable about all food-related offerings and store promotions. Prepares quality finished products for a variety of workstations. Complies with all health and safety standards. Contributes to a positive store atmosphere by maintaining calm during periods of high stress and communicating any potential problems to the manager on duty or owner. Acts with integrity, honesty and communicates well. Maintains proper attendance and punctuality. Maintains cleanliness of the workstations and all production equipment.

Fixing Issues that arise at the cafe, communicating effectively & consistently


Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $20.00/hour.
