Assistant Nurse Manager - RN Resource Team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Under the direction of the Unit Manager, supervises the day-to-day activities of the Unit; Serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients and their families to facilitate safe and effective flow of patient care in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center; and assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff, as well as perform related duties as assigned.

Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8 hours Day shift

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree - In Nursing or higher, or in progress. If bachelor\'s in nursing or higher is in progress, must be completed within 3 years from date of hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Active membership in professional organization(s) as applicable upon hire.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Emergency Nurses Association (for Emergency Department) within 6 months of hire.
  • 2 years - Recent nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master\'s Degree - From an accredited educational institution.
  • ACLS, TNCC, Certification in related specialty area (for Acute Care) upon hire.
  • Certification in related specialty area (for Birth Center) upon hire.
  • Certification in related specialty (for Emergency Department) upon hire.
  • 2 years - Recent nursing experience in related clinical setting.
  • Healthcare leadership and/or supervisory experience.
