Wilson College of Business seeks applications for two (2) tenure-track Assistant Professor in Business Analytics and Information Systems positions, starting in August 2025. Primary teaching responsibilities will be courses for Business Analytics and Management Information Systems (MIS) majors. Teaching assignments might include introduction to information systems, programming, business analytics, business intelligence, database management, systems analysis and design, and other related topics and courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The department is open to candidates with a variety of research agendas, areas of specialization, and methodological approaches. In-person, on-campus teaching and regular office hours are required. Depending on demand and expertise, teaching responsibilities may include a limited number of online courses. Applicants seeking a balance in teaching/research responsibilities will find a collegial work environment and a faculty actively engaged and committed to the growth and continuous improvement of the majors in the Management Department. For more information, visit .Education Requirements:PhD or DBA in Business Analytics or MIS from an AACSB-accredited institution, or PhD or DBA in another business field from an AACSB-accredited institution combined with additional systems technology-focused educational background at the undergraduate or graduate level and explicit teaching and scholarly interests in MIS/Business Analytics, or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems with explicit teaching and scholarly interests in MIS/Business Analytics required.
