Assistant Professor in Chemistry, Tenure-track - WVU KeyserWest Virginia University's Potomac State College campus, located in Keyser, West Virginia, seeks qualified candidates committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level in the following area: Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Chemistry. This position is full-time, nine months with full benefits, with a starting date of August 16, 2024. Duties: Teaching responsibilities include all Chemistry courses, with a primary focus in general and organic chemistry. Faculty are required to engage in service, and professional growth and development activities.Qualifications

• Assistant Professor: A minimum of a masters degree in chemistry from a regionally accredited college or university is required by time of appointment OR a masters degree in a related field and 18 credit hours of chemistry.
• Excellence in previous college teaching experience is valued.
