Description:$1000 Sign On BonusStarting at $21.70/hour with increases available for relevent experience and higher education up to $25.24!Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 1pm-11pmDevereux Advanced Behavioral Health xe2x80x93 Massachusetts' Hillside program is a group home located in Rutland, MA serving adolescent girls ages 12-22. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Hillside is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Drivers license required.
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
• 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
• One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred

Schedule:

• 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
• Sunday - Wednesday 1pm-11pm after orientation
