ABOUT THE JOB: The Assistant Property Manager is responsible the performance of their property and management of their team by motivating and leading them to success. All activities related to apartment rentals including move-ins and lease renewals, generating, and handling traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company\'s and the community\'s established policies and procedures will be handled by this role. The scope includes the following tasks: \xc2\xb7 As a successful Property Manager, you will lead your property to success by providing unmatched service to our leasing applicants, residents and employees, and manage the day-to-day operations of the property. \xc2\xb7 Conduct tours and assist with the leasing process \xc2\xb7 Respond to resident\xe2\x80\x99s requests, work with vendors and direct the maintenance team \xc2\xb7 Collecting rent each month and enforcing the lease contract \xc2\xb7 Responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing \xc2\xb7 Be responsible for staff development through motivating, training, and coaching your team, as well as implementing and overseeing leasing, marketing and resident relation strategies that provide an unmatched customer service experience. \xc2\xb7 Be able to motivate and influence staff and residents, possess excellent sales/closing techniques, excellent customer service skills, able to plan, organize and follow through on work, excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations \xc2\xb7 Observe all company procedures and safety rules, highly motivated self-starter, friendly, personable, and professional demeanor at all times QUALIFICATIONS: \xc2\xb7 Fair Housing Knowledge \xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or GED \xc2\xb7 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience in managing 200 or more units \xc2\xb7 Experience in managing 2 or more staff members \xc2\xb7 Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License \xc2\xb7 Able to work weekends WHAT WE OFFER:We offer one of the most competitive compensation and benefit packages in the industry; including medical, dental, vision, vacation, and paid holidays.
