The Three Bears Alaska team is growing! We are looking to fill Assistant Store Manager positions. As a member of store management, you will oversee the day-to-day tasks of many departments within the store. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, assigning duties and monitoring the progress throughout the store. The successful candidate will help to ensure the store is running efficiently through the proper operations of each department. Prior supervisory and retail experience is preferred. Open and flexible availability is needed.
