Overview:

The Assistant Manager provides support by assisting with various aspects of day-to-operations within a retail facility; this includes customer and employee experience, cash handling, and merchandising.

Job Duties:

Check in vendors, warehouse orders and gas deliveries.

Change fuel prices as required.

Reconcile daily bookwork, finalize invoices, balance smart safe, and measure fuel gallons.

Create, edit, and submit order requests for supplies.

Provide ongoing training and development to staff members according to the guidelines set forth by the company.

Communicates and enforces compliance of company policy and procedure.

Exhibit customer service excellence by answering questions, building relationships with customers, and by promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.

Sets up tasks for the day and follows up on progress.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Prior customer service experience in a retail setting.

Must pass a background check.

This is a full-time position. Days and times may vary, including weekends and evenings.
