Now Hiring: Assistant Store Manager

Schedule: Full-time -- (Must be available nights & weekends)

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Location: San Jose, CA 95118

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:
\xc2\xb7 Supervise and assist training all store personnel

\xc2\xb7 Scheduled opposite shifts of the Store Manager

\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as needed and assigned by the Store Manager

\xc2\xb7 Open and close the store

\xc2\xb7 Prepare bank deposits and drop at bank

\xc2\xb7 Buy change for store as needed

\xc2\xb7 Process merchandise shipments

\xc2\xb7 Keep store neat and clean at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Ring sales on cash register agency guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Greet customers and answer phones

\xc2\xb7 Assist customers in finding items.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

\xc2\xb7 Excellent Customer Service

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2-years of prior retail experience

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to climb a ladder

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to lift 25 pounds

\xc2\xb7 Standing for long periods of time

\xc2\xb7 Bi-Lingual a plus

\xc2\xb7 Assistant Manager experience a plus
