Assistant Store Leader:

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location

\xc2\xb7 Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers

\xc2\xb7 Food safety

\xc2\xb7 Ordering, inventory control

\xc2\xb7 P&Ls

\xc2\xb7 Cleaning and stocking

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns

\xc2\xb7 Enjoy a fast paced work environment

\xc2\xb7 Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly

\xc2\xb7 Desire to help and mentor others

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and inviting store

\xc2\xb7 Prior management / leadership experience

Schedule:

Our Assistant Store Leaders are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
