Assistant Superintendent

Job Description
Assist superintendents and other construction management staff throughout projects. Supervise construction activity onsite, and be involved in the entire construction process.
- Be responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the project
- Ensure and enforce all safety policies
- Work directly with the project management team
- Maintain daily progress reports of any project events, commitments, agreements, and approvals
- Work with the design team and owner to overcome unforeseen challenges/circumstances
- Help manage estimates for all phases of the project
- Maintain the project schedule and project budget

- Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Superintendent
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to demonstrate managing complex projects
- Interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with project management team
- capability of managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must work well in a team environment
- A construction degree, or equivalent experience
