JOB TITLE: Assistant Superintendent (Ground-up Multi-family Construction)

What You Need for this Position:

• 3+ years of experience in the general construction industry.
• Past work should include ground-up, wood-frame multi-family projects (experience with finish-outs and turning units a plus!)
• Project experience should include projects greater than $15M
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products, and relevant technology. This position requires a high level of fluency reading plans, specifications, and related project documents. Key competencies are leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork, managing for results, and coaching & mentoring.
• Must be able to read plans and specifications.
• Technical skills: Procore, Primavera P6, MS Office Suite
