Civil Litigation Associate Attorney (1-5 Years) \xe2\x80\x93 Onsite Position - Immediate need in Las Vegas, NV

Premier AV-rated Multi-state civil litigation defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing Civil Litigation team in Las Vegas! The candidate should have a minimum of 2 year of civil litigation defense experience to be considered, preferably in the following practice areas: general liability, premises liability, auto, trucking, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction litigation. The firms is seeking an energetic, outgoing and a motivated self-starter with a strong ability to work well in a fast paced team-oriented environment. You will be tasked with a diverse range of cases, encompassing contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment issues, and other legal matters. Your responsibilities will span from the beginning to the conclusion of each case, involving tasks such as conducting legal research, composing pleadings and motions, overseeing the discovery process, and advocating for clients in court. Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
