Description & Requirements

In this role, you\'ll be a key member of the Infor Design communications team. You\'ll help create and manage content and schedules for our growing publishing program, which includes the development and curation of educational content for , , corporate SharePoint and Wiki platforms, a fledgling podcast, and more. You\'ll coordinate the creation of engaging communications and effective best practices about product design and user experience for Infor\'s employees and select external audiences.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Create and maintain content calendars, communications plans, project schedules, and technical requirements
• Oversee day-to-day routing/review among content, design, and development teams
• Create, manage, and publish a variety of digital content
• Monitor project statuses and deadlines; managing expectations, promptly communicating, and solving issues (escalating, if needed)
• Schedule status and review meetings, taking notes and driving to next steps
• Track website/communications performance metrics
• Fulfill other administrative or operational duties, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in content creation, publishing, creative management, production, or a related area
• Experience creating and updating content for websites, emails, blogs, video, and/or social
• Experience working with content management systems (WordPress), project management tools (Jira) and Microsoft 365 product suite
• Experience proofreading and editing
• Must be able to work in EST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with technology, product design, enterprise software, and/or user experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in communications, editorial, marketing, or a related area
• Experience creating and managing a podcast

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington applicants, we anticipate paying between $68,882- $88,921 per year. You may also be offered discretionary variable compensation [or target commission of $8,508 depending on the role]. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
