The Associate Director of Community Development is responsible for providing high-level support to the Director of Community Development in all department activities, including leadership, project management, management of business relationships, budget planning and oversight, real estate acquisition and disposition efforts, new construction, rehabilitation project initiatives, real estate owned administration and support, rural community outreach, facilitation of affordable housing demand and production initiatives in rural areas, and ensuring program and funding compliance. The Associate Director of Community Development acts as the direct supervisor to assigned department staff, including providing oversight and support to management level staff in the supervision of their assigned staff.
