SUMMARY

The Associate Engagement Manager will play a critical role on our Consumer Engagement Team by driving strategy and execution for Influencers and Paid Social. They will see to it that our Influencer and Paid Social campaigns tie to overall marketing objectives and our integrated marketing plans. They will set goals, KPIs, and campaign forecasts, monitor campaigns for optimization, and review campaign performance to identify key insights that will drive future strategies. The Associate Engagement Manager for Influencer & Paid Social will also support PR and media activities through liaising with our PR and media agencies and providing tactical campaign execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Strategize and execute Influencer and Paid Social campaigns at various parts of the marketing funnel to support business and marketing objectives.
  • Develop a cadre of influencers that would be a good fit for the Nature\xe2\x80\x99s Way brand and appeal to our target consumer. Identify, foster, and nurture relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Help craft influencer campaign strategy, including but not limited to translating the communication objective into the big idea, influencer selection, platform selection, and developing solid briefs.
  • Manage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, including planning, managing timelines, budgeting, contract negotiations, managing creative and comms, tracking, regulatory compliance, invoicing and payments, measurement and more.
  • Keep abreast of influencer and paid social trends, and cutting-edge tactics; conduct regular competitive audits to understand media and content strategies/tactics; apply learnings quickly to campaigns;
  • Develop compelling and platform-appropriate creative for our paid social campaigns through utilizing influencer and user generated content, as well as working closely with the creative team to transform non-digital ad creative.
  • Experience growing followers and engagement through developing shareable and likeable content and campaigns a big plus.
  • Partner with media agency to strategize paid social campaigns that fulfill campaign objectives, providing direction for which social channels and ad types to prioritize, campaign types and call to actions to best meet business objectives, and A/B testing for optimization.
  • Work with media agency to monitor paid social campaign progress, continuously optimizing campaigns and incorporating learnings into future campaigns.
  • Provide insight into landing pages that drive campaign goals, along with tracking and retargeting recommendations. Execute traffic workbooks driving campaigns to landing pages.
  • Partner with Associate Engagement Manager for Social Media on editorial planning/posting schedule to holistically tie in organic and paid social campaigns
  • Support ongoing media, PR, partnerships, and other consumer engagement activities, filling in wherever necessary as the media mix evolves. Help execute PR activations and media tactical plans, bringing copy and creative through Legal review, and liaising with partner agencies.
  • Maintain all legal standards as applicable to marketing strategies particularly as they relate to FTC and FDA requirements and trademarks.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required: Undergraduate college degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of and at least 3 years work experience in influencer marketing, paid social, digital marketing, content creation, and social media. A solid portfolio or examples of social media work across platforms. Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Experience with developing solid creative and calls to action for paid social, establishing paid campaigns, A/B testing, and optimizing using learnings. Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities and execute high impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is collaborative, scrappy, and willing to roll up their sleeves.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills in English a must. Additional language proficiency a plus.

SOCIAL MEDIA TOOL SKILLS

Proficient in Business Manager. Experience with social media management tools such as Khoros.
