The Practice Manager I provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate\'s Degree in Practice Manager I\'s hired after 12/1/2016 are required to have an Associate\'s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
• Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
• 1 year of Practice management experience.
• 2 years of Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience in ambulatory or inpatient health care operations preferred.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team: Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
