Eagle TG is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and self-starting Associate Systems Administrator to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Associate System Administrator administers active directory (AD) accounts and NetBackup, provides helpdesk support, and deploys group policy objects. This position maintains Windows AD, isolate, and resolve hardware and software problems, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, defines SOPs on SolVer, applies STIGs, and resolves POA&M as per ISSO.

Compensation is based on geographical location, qualifications, and experience. Limited Work-From-Home opportunities as work permits.

Responsibilities

• Manage, create, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual machines (VM) as per customer specifications in VMWARE.
• Monitor all hardware and software to ensure that systems are up to date and not end of life when performing operation and maintenance
• Perform software installations and upgrades to Windows operating systems and layered software packages and maintains them in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements; evaluation and installation of software/hardware patches and resolution of software related problems associated with COTS/GOTS products.
• Administers active directory (AD) accounts and NetBackup, provides helpdesk support, and deploys group policy objects.
• Maintains Windows AD, isolate, and resolve hardware and software problems, the operating system, the hardware, the communications infrastructure, defines SOPs on operations, applies STIGs, and resolves POA&M as per ISSO.

Requirements

• Experience supporting and managing AD and NetBackup.
• Experience with Windows and Apple desktop operating systems.
• Experience supporting and managing VMware.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Desired

• MCSE or VMware certification is preferred.
• Associate of Applied Science or equivalent is preferred.
