Compensation:

  • Training Pay: $1,000/week
  • UNCAPPED performance-based income
  • Unlimited commission + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps
  • First-year earnings of up to 70-100k+

You\xe2\x80\x99re Responsible For:
  • Conduct home inspections, effectively determine & communicate home-improvement solutions through in-home sales presentations.
  • Rise to the role of representing DaBella, believe in the American-made products we pridefully carry, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
  • Confidently seal all deals! Close at a rate of 22% or more.
  • Produce $60,000 or more in new business per month.
