If you are ready to create some magic, we invite you to explore our dynamic, yet unique, career opportunities.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for maintaining the Spa areas and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery of exceptional service is paramount.KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:\xc2\xb7 Greets and checks guests into the Spa using SOS 5 skills and giving personalized service.\xc2\xb7 Maintains accurate knowledge of guests\' treatment and schedules.\xc2\xb7 Cleans general Spa areas and refills supplies to ensure a clean, spotless environment and adequate provisions for our guests.\xc2\xb7 Assists guests as needed, including delivering amenities (towel, soaps, etc.) and various refreshments in order to provide convenient, courteous, personalized service.\xc2\xb7 Educates and assists guests in the use and health benefits of different spa rituals (steam, sauna, etc) and work out equipment.\xc2\xb7 Calls Security if emergency situation arises.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all timesEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred\xc2\xb7 Previous health club/spa experience preferred\xc2\xb7 CPR training preferredQUALIFICATIONS:\xc2\xb7 Literate and fluent in English\xc2\xb7 Excellent guest service skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business\xc2\xb7 Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
